I had already done my online research and knew the parameters of the car I wanted. I was trading in a recently purchased 2004 CLK 500 that was in much rougher condition than I had realized at the time of purchase from a private party. I had a pretty good idea of the trade in value and was prepared to take the loss. They were more generous than they needed to be. The entire experience was one of ease. No pressure. I test drove the car twice. Once we shook on the deal, the paperwork was quick. I left with a great car I won't have to worry about for a long time that I am absolutely in love with and the knowledge that the price was more than fair. Generously so. If you are in the market for a used car in great shape that is within their inventory, I highly recommend them as the place you go. Chances are, you will then happily spend the rest of day driving your new-to-you beauty. Cameron, Andy and Mike - thanks for my best car purchase experience ever!

Searching for cars was not something I like doing every 5 years. But going from dealership to dealerships for over 3 months can give you a REAL headache. Until! Lo and Behold, I came across a dealership in La Cienega called Hacienda Imports. To my surprise, they not only had the White E350 model I was searching for but 10 other E350's. I was going to give up and Purchase from Beverly Hills Mercedes until i found out that I was not just getting a Price that was $6000 lower than Mr Mercedes Benz dealership but a impeccable car that is low miles with all the amenities a person wants in a luxury vehicle. The Sales staff Ryan/Andy were very friendly, knowledgeable and non-pushy showing me every spec and whim of the vehicle. Michael, the Finance Manager was very Profession and Witty in his line of work. He Negotiated my rate and got me a Payment I was comfortable to afford. I would recommend Hacienda Importsto all my friends and relatives. Thank you guys!

I would like to open with WOW!!! the guys at Hacienda Importsare truly great Gentlemen, Michael, Cameron and Tony are by far the best people that I have ever done business with. Normally people fear going to dealers both due to the great amount of time that needs to be spent and honestly the sales and finance people are normally not that great to begin with. However, over at Hacienda ImportsMichael and Cameron took great care of us making the sales and finance experience a very pleasant one. We got both a great price and a great rate on our loan for our Mercedes SL500. During the sales process Cameron was great with the test Drive and Michael took care of all of our concerns regarding the trade in, price and finance rate. One of the best things was their patience in allowing me to take the car that I wanted to buy to my mechanic for a full inspection in order for me to be comfortable with the purchase. We came in on a Sunday to see the car that I wanted and on Monday Morning Michael send out Tony to my Mechanic (45 miles away from their dealer) to inspect the car. Needless to say the car was in great shape and as expected my mechanic recommended the buy. That my friends is a level of honesty and trust that you do not find any more anywhere even less on dealers, however at Hacienda ImportsTrust is part of the business, that is why I will recommend these gentlemen to anyone that is looking for a great price and a great deal on high end cars. I purchased a used BMW 3 series in late 2009. Although they provided a clean CarFax report, not everything was disclosed. It became apparent much later that my vehicle was involved in an accident and had likely been stolen and stripped of parts. When my battery was recently replaced after multiple electrical problems, I found out that it was not the correct or original battery and was responsible for my numerous issues. Further, soon after my purchase the paint around the front fender began to peel off revealing an obvious subpart repair. Although I bought the car for a reasonable price of $15k, I have sincve put over $6k into the car for repairs.

In September 2004, I searched for an S430 Benz. I walked into several dealerships on LaCienega Blvd. One dealer was rude, the other completely ignored me. When I walked into European Autohouse, I was met by Michael, the Finance Mgr. He was completely professional and no games. I purchased the car and was very happy with the service I received. There were a couple of very minor mechanical things discovered during the purchase. Michael was more than accomodating and got everything taken care of. Fast forward to May 8, 2008. I began looking for an upgrade. I knew I wanted a S550 Benz. I went to Michael and told him what I wanted. Within a few days he found exactly what I was looking for. Once again, I was very satisfied with the service. I have referred several friends to Michael. Their purchase experience was the same as mine. I will not shop anywhere else for a great car, a great deal and outstanding service. I highly recommend at least going in and taking a look.

I PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM TWO WEEKS AGO. THEY GAVE ME A VERY GOOD DEAL, THE SALES MEN WAS VERY PROFESSINAL, MICHAEL AT FINANCE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND GOT ME A LOWER INTEREST RATE THAN I EXPECTED. I BELIVE I GOT A GREAT MERCEDES FROM THEM AND UNSUALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH A USED CAR DEALER. I WOULD GO BACK TO THEM AND I WOULD DEFENTLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE I KNOW TO THEM. I GIVE THEM 4 STAR RATING BECAUSE I NEVER GIVE ANYONE 5 STAR.
